The biggest barrier to our action is our thoughts and that is what always act to stop us from becoming what we want.
Many of you may counter my statement and may be argued that thought is the most important activity that a human has that create a difference between the animal and the human.
Well this is true and I also not deny it but there we also have to think about another perspective to understand how our brain works.
When I called thought it simply means that our brain is a nonstop thinking machine but most of the time it think negative. A very few time it thinks in the positive manner that is the point where we are struggling to manage the brain of yourself.
Let me know how well you understand your brain and what are the ways by which we can think positively most of the time?
