Accept Yourself

After you being able to Accept What is Done is Done (refer to my previous post https://steemit.com/lawofattraction/@timlee/accept-what-is-done-is-done), the next thing you should be doing is accept yourself for who you are.

We do not have to improve or change or strike for perfection, just begin with a simple accepting of who we are. This doesn't mean that we don't need to improve or change, just that not at this moment. We need to first identify who we are, what are our strength or what are our weaknesses before we proceed to the next phrase of changing and improving.

Everyone in the world are born differently, each of us are special. We may not be happy with everything about ourselves - some may complain that one is not tall enough, not small enough, boobs not big enough (Okay, I am just joking)... or we are going to be lazy or we feel that our life sucks. But what are you going to do about it? If you start complaining, guest what, you are just going to attract more bad things into your life.

Do note that none of us could be perfect. But we all can strike for excellence. Think about how can we do something with 100% effort and improve it maybe as little as 1% every time we do it again.

Stop giving ourselves a hard time. Accept who we are. Give ourselves a pat on our shoulder telling ourselves we have put in 100% and did a good job.
