Due to illegality of German state and its government bodies, representations, corporations and organizations, as well as unlawfulness of its legislation and the agreements, statutes and by-laws with the exception of the constitution of Berlin (Berliner Verfassung), I order worldwide confiscation of German assets and property. The confiscated wealth shall be used to restitute individuals and communities for losses or damages which have resulted from or caused by wrongdoings of said entities and German citizens in their entirety.
