Steem Edit : Python under the hood

I have rebuilt the code for posting to the blockchain using a lower level interface. The reason is for better diagnostics. I find it less than straight forward how to get C to tell Python how to do things.

      Not yet. I have been waiting for someone who wants to help. When it's just me, there is no advantage of using an external host.
