Gujrati Special Farsan had for Sunday Morning Breakfast. Sweet n Spicy Dish made with soaked,Grind and Boiled Chana dal/Bengal Gram.
Garnished with Sev, Pomogranate seeds. Taste yummy n try to reach near like Outside at Home.

Ingredients
1 cup Chana dal/Bengal Gram
Soaked for 4 to 5 hrs. Washed and drained well.
Make paste little bit coarsely. Add 1/2 cup water in mixture and Pressure cook mixture for 3 whistle.
After cool down take big whole sieve n transfer boiled mixture on sieve lightly press with palm. So it's be a granualls.
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
Pinch of Hing
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1tab SP Garlic paste
1+1/4 SP Green chill paste
1 tsp Ginger paste
Salt to taste
1/2 cup sugar . Add less or more sugar as per requirement

Chopped coriander leaves
Take wok heat oil splutter mustard seeds add Hing. Add sieved mixture of boiled Chana dal. Cook for 5 to 7 mins.
Add Turmeric powder, salt,Garlic,Ginger and Chilly paste. Mix well add 1/2 cup water. After Mixing well add sugar as per requirement mix well. Cook for 5 mins.
Take serving dish. Transfer into dish. Garnished with ppmo seeds, sev and coriander leaves.
