Alright!
Today I'm switching things up once again... This time around I'm doing an agility push-up that I like to call, "Switch Ball Push-Ups".
The #Seven77 Challenge is all about reaching 7 repetitions but this time I went for a total of 14 because when your doing an alternating exercise like this one it means odd numbers are out and it's time to #DoubleUp!
Why?
Because an even number is going to work your body equally and an odd number isn't. Makes perfect sense right!?
So yeah! I did 7reps on each side to make all gains equal.
