Sevendaybnwchallenge - Day 4 Kaffir Lime Fruit and Leaves

The kaffir lime tree is beautiful and the leaves add wonderfully to our cooking. The fruit isn't typical of a lime tree, it's much more dense, less juicy. Yet offers amazing flavour to a jug of water with a sprig of mint.
