Dinner: Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, black olives, chick peas, turkey meatballs. Drizzled with some olive oil, pink sea salt, and garlic and herb seasoning. I've been making a very conscious effort to eat better. After completing my 3 day water fast last week, I've been eating nothing but salads or eggs. This is the first time I'm eating any form of meat in over a week. I don't plan on going vegan or vegetarian or anything. I aim to eat meat at least twice a week maybe less. I'm feeling really good and my glucose levels has been excellent. So between intermittent fasting and long term fasting, I'll be good to go.
