Thanks to Michael Fortino the Time Specialist who came up with the statistics. Now I know where I can claim back some time.
Firstly, I AVOID meetings unless I know the purpose, agenda and how much time I'm going to need.
Secondly, I FILTER all my emails by skipping the inbox straight into folders so I'll check them later at an appointed time. Also, am un-subscribing from lists I've been ignoring for months.
Lastly, since I can't avoid stopping at red lights, I listen to CDs on self development while driving alone in my car.
So, what do I do with all that 'extra' time? Spend them with my children ❤ before I miss their growing years.
