      That's fantastic, mate. Particularly difficult to keep it off during Winter.
      I've crunched the numbers; if you keep it up, this time next year you'll be down to 12kg

        I need to do a lot more. I'll stop around 95kg or so, but it's bouncing around the 100kg mark and I am fairly happy with that for now. But I need to ramp up the exercise a lot more.
