Reward In Proportion Of Input/Outcome

     Is anyone surprised why folks join Kulabrands community based business mode in tens daily? just because their reward structure is absolutely insane, out of this world and incredible to multitude of working class whose energies have been harness to almost its last drop with reward in disproportion of their input.
      Only kulabrands to my best of knowledge rewards based on percentage of total revenue generated which creates room to grow minute by minute along the company, in proportion of total output of workers. Fixed reward/salary is unfair to workers, and workers should ponder this and negotiates based on revenue generated.
