01 pechuga de pollo, 03 cebollines, 01 ajoporro, 01 pimentón, 02 zanahorias, 1.1/2 taza de arroz, 01 taza de maiz dulce, 02 dientes de ajo, 01 cucharada de cúrcuma, 03 tazas de caldo de pollo, 02 cucharadas de aceite de oliva, 01 rama de celantro, 01 tallo de celery, sal y primienta al gusto.

Comienzo lavando muy bien la pechuga, cortandola por la mitad y la pongo a sancochar con cilantro y celery hpor diez minutos hasta ablandar, luego dejo emfriar y desmecho el pollo y el caldo lo reservo para cocinar el arroz.
