Sikh Holy Book teaches big on anxiety and stress. Anxiety or Stress in Punjabi is Called "Chhinta" and it is called a disease by the Sikh Holy Book. Following is the Shabad (Holy Stanaza) from Page 955 of The Holy Book;
"Nanak Chhinta Math Karo Chhinta Tis Hee Hai"
Brief Meaning:
Nanak (Nanak Guarantees) Don't take anxiety or stress (don't worry), as The Lord of The Universe Worries about you!!
Same Shabad (Holy Stanza) is Sung by Bhai Dalbir Singh with some English Subtitles.
