Any Excuse to get my Wolpertinger out

The popular mythical creatures series of coins by MCI International in Germany.

I dont need much of an excuse to slap my Wolpertinger out in public and steemit is no exception.

What is a Wolpertinger i hear you cry! well funny you should ask as im going to tell you......

We all know what the crazy Germans are like, well in Bavaria they have a strange creature that really exists, honest and it has the head and body of a rabbit with fangs, wings, antlers and ducks feet, some have claimed they also have the body of a squirrel and the head of a fox and a ducks bill but they are just making this shit up as they go along. But anyway they are a shy creature and exceptionally difficult to catch as nobody has ever caught one to prove its existance, which is obviously not in doubt.

So the story goes that the little critter is just bad ass, it can fly, it can jump really really high, it can tunnel underground, it can swim, its super fast and has incredible hearing and can even hear me typing this bollocks putting my life in mortal danger. But anyone brave enough can stop them, you need to go to the Alpine forrest in Bavaria, take a beautiful lady with you, you need to send the beautiful lady deep into the forrest, now i know your sceptical but this information could save your life, the woman deep in the forrest needs to, oh i forgot it has to be late at night in a full moon, anyway she needs to find a secluded nook, thats right a secluded nook and expose her breasts, you heard me, its the only way. The Wolpertinger at this point will fall into a stupor and you just shove it into a bag, easy. And whaterer you do dont tickle its cheeks as 4 out of every 7 of them will rip your face off.

Now i know what your thinking... the walking liberty has let herself go, but you would be wrong. Fun fact: Bigfoot is not related to Liberty or any other walking or standing women portrayed on coins, or in a seated position.

Bigfoot by comparison to other mythical creatures is a bit boring, his favorite pastime is walking around barefoot swinging its arm looking for people with outdated technology to photograph them. It is factually reported that they have a strong unpleasant smell, they are hairy, very strong and they dont believe in Wolpertingers.

The Loch Ness Monster is the wettest of all the mythological creatures:

The Loch Ness Monster lives in a lake in Scotland, not sure what the lake is called but its a big deep one. Nessie recently campaigned for independance from the new 2017 silver proof Britannia but it didnt register to vote in time. The Loch Ness Monster is a living dinosaur seaserpent that likes to frighten ducks when nobody is looking.

As you can see from the coin, the Loch Ness Monster is only too happy to pose for photos and manages the castle gift shop and his best friend is Godzilla. Oh and a fun fact: Loch Ness lake is 23 miles long.
