Intuition is the little inner voice that advises us and that we too often prevent us from expressing ourselves. What if we were to nip our sixth sense in the bud?
Intuition comes from innocence
Let's stop saying intuition is a gift. Why do we feel like we have no intuition? We do not practice or believe in it. Learn to observe the people around you, the nature that has so much to offer, but also the situations that arise.
Intuition is a foreknowledge, a feeling that we have and that we cannot demonstrate. There is nothing mystical, it's quite natural! Just listen to your body. What's he saying to you right now?
My body has often understood things that I refused to see in the past. Our desires, but also reason can blind us in certain situations. It is at this moment that intuition, listening to one's "self" comes into play. You have to trust yourself, and that's something you learn. After experiencing it, I know that I can trust him 100%. I call it my happiness indicator! And there are places, people, situations that allow me to reach this high level of happiness.
Have the courage to follow your heart and your intuition. Both know what you really want to become. The rest is secondary."

You already have the key.
The adult asks questions and is afraid of judgment. The child is in the present moment. He has a facility to enter his disconcerting imaginary world.
Look... the children passing each other go towards each other. They don't ignore each other. Surprising, isn't it? Then why are we, as adults, able to ignore ourselves?
Find your inner child and you will be more in contemplation, non-judgment and happiness of the present moment. Inspire yourself from them and you will regain your spontaneity. Stop choking, struggling, fighting and being under control.
Here are 4 techniques I use to develop my intuition:
- Observation: Learn to observe in a neutral and caring manner. I mean by that without judgment. Only then can intuition emerge.
- Breathing: Learn to practice deep breathing. It is a ritual that can be performed daily. Just a few minutes to relax and reconnect with your deep self! A unique and privileged moment in your day that will allow you to channel, structure and get the energy and distance you need to start your day.
- Simplicity: don't run after time (this often happens to me like all of us. The whole thing is to be aware of it and to take breaks to recharge the batteries). Simplicity is freedom from the society of appearance and consumption. It is accepting to be oneself but also to accept those around us as they are by letting go of the fact of wanting to change them.
- Spontaneity: cultivating one's soul as a child. Take a look around you. Through his naivety, innocence and purity we learn a great deal next to a child! He lives this moment that we are looking for as adults.... the present moment! And it is this spontaneity that is one of the components of intuition.
