Good evening dear community of steemit.

How did they spend today? I hope that with great energy and all the joy of the world, harmonious and taking care of health. Today I am happy because our dear friends @healthsquaredy @sweetsssj, bring us the challenge of the fourth week which consists of preparing a healthy dessert.

A healthy dessert can be perfectly a full breakfast or a snack before or after training; It has carbohydrates, proteins, fats. In itself everything you need to meet your daily requirements. The healthy desserts have a very particular characteristic and that is that they have the real flavor of the food (ingredients); since they do not carry artificial products; And something very important does not give us anxiety because the sugar load is very low.

Well, meeting this week's challenge, I wanted to bring you an easy but very delicious recipe, with ingredients that we may have in the house. Economical and that is very beneficial for our health. It's about a:

Healthy oatmeal pudding.

This healthy dessert is perfect for a breakfast or a snack; It is juicy, but compact on the outside, much like a custard. I can assure you how delicious I am.
The habitual consumption of oats helps to reduce the levels of cholesterol and blood sugar. In addition, thanks to its phytochemicals, it protects us against cancer.

oats

Oats helps us control blood sugar levels, is cleansed, improves digestion, has high-value proteins, excellent for the heart, anti-cancer, prevents osteoporosis and thyroid problems; in short, there are many benefits that eating oats brings us.
Desserts nutritious and without many calories are possible, it is only necessary to want to take care of our health and use little amount of added sugar and / or fat, to give rise to a tasty dessert and appropriate for a healthy diet.

Now if we go with my rich healthy dessert recipe:

• 1 cup of oatmeal
• 2 cups of water
• 1 cup of dissolved panela
• 3 teaspoons of vanilla
• 3 tablespoons cornstarch
• 150 ml skimmed milk, vegetable or Greek yogurt (or plain unsweetened yogurt)
• 4 g of stevia (I use it in powder, 95% stevia)
• 3 tablespoons of mashed sugar, honey or 100% whole sugar (sweeten to your liking and use your regular natural sweetener)

Preparation

• First of all you should soak the oats for about two hours to soften.

• Then we proceed to liquefy the oatmeal that is well liquefied.

• Then the rest of the ingredients are added to the blender; milk, cornstarch, stevia, vanilla, panela and liquefy about a minute to combine all the ingredients.

• Then they are placed in a pot and they are cooked over a low heat, stirring constantly; until it boils and goes thick.

• Set aside in another small pot a caramel with stevia and water and a little panela; When it is ready, add it to a cup trying to cover it and then place the preparation.

• Let cool for a couple of hours until the pudding stays compact (I leave it overnight in the fridge)

Ready we can enjoy the healthy oatmeal pudding !!
