Six week health challenge, week three

Okay, i will just go straight to the point, i am a manual labourer so my kind of job can easily stress you out, so what i do is that i whenever i feel stressed out i play a voinlin.

It has been my childhood instrument and has really been helpful in relieving me of the stress.
Learning a violin is not difficult, just buy one, find a trainer and be consistent.
