Nasty Bonk on the Noggin!

Got a little piece of glass under my wheel as I was battling with the 44 degree heat. This was over a month ago now and I still have a bit of a headache. Worst slam in a good while.

      Yeah, I find it hard to do any kind of sport above 35 degrees. You can condition yourself to different climates, but only to a certain extent.
