SLEEPY IS HARD

Drowsiness is a condition when a person feels like sleeping. This condition usually occurs at night or sometimes during the day. Sleepiness is normal, but needs to be addressed if it occurs excessively, interferes with activities, or reduces productivity. When vitamin D is low, your body is most likely experiencing a lack of calcium in the blood. Though calcium is needed for muscle contraction and provide signals to nerve cells. As a result, the body will get tired quickly and easily fall asleep. In addition to matters of calorie intake, another thing that can cause frequent drowsiness and also a feeling of weakness in your body is dehydration. Dehydration is one of the symptoms of a body experiencing a lack or deficit of fluids, so that metabolic processes in the body are not optimal. Easy sleepiness can also be caused by problems with mental, emotional, or psychological conditions, for example when you feel bored. However, easy sleepiness can also be a symptom of certain psychiatric disorders, such as anxiety disorders, severe stress, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Circadian rhythms, or messy biological clocks, can be the reason why you're still sleepy even though you've had enough sleep. The biological clock itself is the work schedule of every organ and function of the human body naturally.
