Small Architectural Forms - Rural Life - Challenge 01.27.2019

in smallarchitecturalforms •  6 years ago

This Challenge is organized by the @barski blog to facilitate the classification of small buildings, or other structures that can be found in the countryside. For articles on this topic it is suggested to use the tag - #SmallArchitecturalForms.

And also, it is a platform for photos and articles about life in rural areas. Tag - #RuralLife for this topic.

The beginning of the challenge in this post, I did not know to what, to which tag to attach a haystack, so this idea appeared.

My new find from the category of small architectural forms that can be found in the village is a canopy for straw.

The simple construction of logs and planks perfectly protects the livestock feed base from precipitation. This construction is well ventilated and does not allow the process of rotting in hay and straw to develop.

In the summer, in the heat, you can perfectly take a nap on the fragrant hay.

Hay and straw are of great value in the village. People work hard to secure these stocks. For this reason, hay is securely guarded. This guard is not very tall and he is very old, but his barking is loud enough to wake his master if an unexpected guest arrives in the yard.

As you can see, there is a lot of functionality in this simplicity. When there is no straw, you can drive a motorcycle or a car trailer under this shed.

A simple, small architectural form that deserves our attention.

Join us, there are a lot of simple but wonderful buildings and household items around you that deserve to speak about them.
