Smoking of cat fish happen to be the cheapest way of preserving our farm product,
smoked Catfish can at least be on storage for
six months without deteriorate.
The process include:
- Killing the fish with plenty salt
2.Removing the gut - Washing the fish with allum to remove the mucus on the skin
- pining the fish with stick
- Arranging the fish in smoking klin
- put on the smoking klin;
- Turn the fish when necessary
- Check the fish from time to time to avoid burning
- Put the fish in open space to cool
10.Package it or store Ina dry place
