Birthday Cake Smoothie Recipe

Hi Steemers! Here is a delicious and healthy smoothie that I made. It is kid tested and mom approved! My kids love it for the taste, but I love it even more because it's a healthy treat! The recipe contains bananas which benefit heart health and digestion, and contain fiber and antioxidants. The plain, unsweetened yogurt contains probiotics which improve immunity and digestive health. You will love this healthy and tasty treat!

Ingredients:
3/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 bananas
1/2 cup of plain unsweetened yogurt
1 tablespoon of almond butter
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
A pinch of sea salt
Sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS
Add all of the ingredients into a blender in the order they are listed, except for the sprinkles.
Blend on medium for 2 minutes. Bring the blender to high and blend for another 25 - 30 seconds.
Pour into glasses and garnish with sprinkles if desired.
