I have been trying different combinations of fruits and vegetables - not all have been successful, but this time was a winner. Like the time we added 5 garlic cloves along with mint- that was not so good. Funny to talk about afterwards.
This time I went for more mild less crazy combinations, and less acid so I can have this in the evening without worry of acid reflux.
Here is what we used:
1- cup plain yogurt
1- full cucumber
2- bananas
3- carrots
2 tablespoons of flax
1- cup of blueberries
1- honey crisp apple
1- cup of ice or so - on top
It turned out nice and smooth- easy to go down, we have made this twice already, and will be keeping track of this one.
