Black Sapote Mousse.......Easy Peasy Toe Curling Healthy Dessert for Breakfast

Serves 2 people - In a blender............. 1 avocado, flesh of 1/2 black sapote or 1/2 - 1 cup frozen blueberries , 2 tabs

cacao powder, 1 sliced banana [ frozen ] 1/4 - 1/2 teas stevia powder [ to taste ] 1/4 cup yoghurt and enough water to

make into a lovely creamy firm mousse you can eat slowly and decadently with a spoon. Serve in a beautiful glass dish sprinkled with either muesli or pecan nuts or dried cranberries. Enjoy !
