I really need to share my passion for green smoothies...
Yes I am in love with green smoothies... They make me feel so good and my love is starting even spreading to my sons :)
Yes I am a little bit addicted as they are making me feel so good, it must be so obvious as recently some 'kind' kind person asked me if I am taking some drugs due to the simple fact I look so full of energy.
P.S this 'kind' person does not know me well enough even to suggest stuff like this, because I do not poison my body with drugs, and all the rubbish.... However I must say I am personally a little bit overwhelmed myself how smoothies made of raw fruits and vegetables can make you feel. I would definitely recommend them to everyone who suffer from seasonal blues as they can be a great buffer protecting you from all crazy viruses and bacteria's at this time of the year.
So this is so simple that even if you are unmotivated or lazy person you will organize few minutes a day to make this delicious smoothies however be warned they are highly addictive!!!
Too much bragging, time for facts, only few!!!
- GREEN FRUITS AND VEGETABLES ARE RICH IN CHLOROPHYLL ( responsible for healthy digestion and daily colon cleansing, great for liver detoxification )
- Spinach, cabbage, celery, sea vegetables, leeks, peas etc.
- Green fruits and vegetables are rich in iron, fiber.
- As the green smoothies are made with lots of water they are hydrating your body.
I will tell you something, if you are serious about your health you will find few minutes a day to help your body to work at their best. Since I started drinking green smoothies I must say I do feel better myself, I am especially more alert and full of energy. You can't get this when you drink coffee or eating high sugar snacks or processed food.
