There is a cold front arriving in the Western Cape during the course of Thursday night. Some light snow is possible on the extreme high peaks during Friday. Some estimates at this stage are : Matroosberg 5cm, Cederberg 1cm, Groot Wellington Sneeukop 5cm and Sneeuberg (Cederberg) 2cm. Some of the other high peaks in the WC could also get light dustings. It is unlikely that there will be any low level snow at this stage, and all falls will be confined to the high peaks. We will update if there are any changes to this forecast.
