Sweden qualified for the 2018 World Cup by finishing 2nd in their group behind France then winning a playoff over Italy. They will play in Group F against Germany, Mexico, and Korea Republic. Peru qualified for the World Cup from South America after finishing in 5th place then winning a playoff over Oceania's qualifier New Zealand. Peru will play in Group C with France, Denmark, and Australia.
