Is Twitter manipulating number of followers?

Since late December 2017, my Twitter account has been experiencing what I call a yo-yo effect. Since reaching 200 followers, I've been stuck between 200-230, constantly going up and down.

Wondering if I'm the only one.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
