Why do people start drama?

Why do people start drama?

People tend to start drama over something stupid or something ridiculous. Drama just makes everything more complicated and worse. Why make life even more complicated than it actually is? Make life more simpler and easier. Don't be the one to create drama over something ridiculous. Are some people that desperate for attention or that bored with their lives that they start stuff with people and turn non-issues into something bad? Are they just too immature (like a 2 year old in an adult's body, even though that would be insulting the 2 year old who I'm sure is more mature)?

Unconsciously, i believe people are attempting to solve their problems but ego often gets in the way. To me ego represents fear of the true self.

They might be trying to solve problems, but it gets nowhere and leads to arguments after arguments
