Due to the epidemic, the e-commerce industry has experienced a paradigm shift. E-commerce saw a tremendous surge although many firms were only slowly recovering and recovering from the crisis. It didn't take long for people to realize that shopping from the comfort of their homes was safer, more practical, and cost, effort, and time efficient. Also observed was a gradual change in social trade, during which the pandemic intensified.
