Damor claims that:

Google has created an environment in which only supporters of gender equality speak openly, and their opponents are not heard, which leads to the impossibility of any discussion;
Men and women are really different from each other and these differences cannot be blamed on social factors, they are more innate;
Women in General are more interested in people and men inanimate objects;
Women in General are more inclined to cooperate with each other;
Men are more determined to compete and to achieve a high social status;
Men's gender role is more rigid in comparison with women's, women's role has become less rigid due to the gains of feminism;
The company's policy is discriminatory because women and/or of certain minorities get privileges in employment;
The company's policy is discriminatory, as measures are taken to maintain gender / racial diversity in collectives, but it works only in one direction, with regard to reducing the proportion of the majority;
The reason for the bias of the company may be the evolutionary desire to protect women (in addition to the Left's affinity for those it sees as Wake, humans are generally biased towards protecting females);
