I am working on some exciting things for 2018!!!
If you want software built, need an idea brought to life, or just need technical expertise we are here to help. I also am a reseller of services & products I feel would benefit my costumers or the community. I will share our journey as we grow. We aim to be as Open as possible, some customer require more competitive advantage, and we understand that too, but I know as a software developer software ain't free, and it takes effort to bring products to market, and gain a foot hold to compete in this world. We have open projects posted on GitHub and and links in our portfolio to things we can share.
Do you need anything 3D printed?
We got our 3D Printer working & calibrated to turn out parts. We started printing the next machine as a mostly printed machine, once we can afford the parts needed to complete that project we will share our thoughts & comparisons between the two. While we recommend SLA machines they are not always in the budget and as a way to contribute back to the community with an open source machine that can be printed & assembled with off the shelf parts.
We started building the base for our OX-CNC, and once completed should help us create better quality components. We build custom prototypes and hardware cases, and our ability to create even more elaborate designs is about to explode. I have been building things mostly with hand tools, hot glue & heat shrink. By adding some machines this year we will be able to produce & reproduce with precision.
If I don't have an item up that you think I should, please tell me so I can add it. I am working on a database of items and getting them posted to the site, but then I need help to inform people about this store and that they can find and order products or services here to help them with their projects. This will then be provided as a tool other Amazon resellers could use to help them manage & grow their brand for the future.
We are here to help and build better solutions for the community. We want to grow and help more customers, and we are going to share with you along the way. This post is about our store we are building & sharing how others can replicate the process. It is a tedious and on going effort, not difficult but very time consuming. This is my second attempt, I tried starting in 2016 and could not find the initial customer I needed and Amazon removed me, well I started again, because I need more filament to continue printing & we have to order a couple dozen parts to complete the CNC & laser machine builds. I started this last month and I only have a few items in my database and still no sales.
Once you have you store set up, you need to constantly add new items & constantly bring in new visitors. Advertising & Marketing are huge factors in your success. I am utilizing a platform called 'steemit' maybe you have heard of it, but this will be my main avenue for awareness & help build this community as well. The reason for this is I have been promoting BitCoin since I read the whitepaper in late 09 and this is a community where I feel like another corporation can not harm my voice or impede customers from finding me, & I can give back to others & help them succeed and grow.
I build software, and that requires hardware to operate & then that hardware needs a case or a desk or other equipment to utilize it effectively. So there are items that make sense to sell, like the items we use internally, and things our customers demand. This as our starting point we are working on expanding our ability to assist our customers by providing quality access to information & the tools needed for their success. This is why I am building my store, and if you want help with your project please let us know!
