Using The Eclipse to Make Family Memories <3

So as we all know the Solar Eclipse was yesterday. About 2 months back my mother and I bought the glasses at 7-11 for about 2 or 3 dollars for 2 pairs, and man was that the best 3 bucks ever spent. Turns out, they sold out like crazy and couldn't be found anywhere!
So yesterday comes and we all got to take turns sharing the glasses and viewing the sun. It felt so nice to see Manny and Mikayla bonding and my mother taking an active interest in doing something with Mk and helping to teach her something. It melted my heart to see her amazing curiosity take hold as she gazed up at the eclipse.
I managed to catch a picture of the eclipse toward the end. I was way too busy living in the moment for the first little bit with my family. I downloaded a glasses app on my cell but it didn't even compare to the view the glasses gave. The picture I took I even managed to take through one of the lenses of the glasses! How cool is that??
