Fool on the hillsteemCreated with Sketch.

Day after day alone on the hill
The man with the foolish grin
Is keeping perfectly still
But nobody wants to know him
They can see that he's just a fool
And he never seem to notice
But the fool on the hill
Sees the sun going down
And the eyes in his head
See the world spinning round

If you remember this song, did you ever imagine yourself as being the fool?

I am he.

Ever since December 3rd, 1999 , I have been alone on my hill. Yes, I have a foolish grin.

This song came to mind as I sit watching the sun going down. I am thinking of you. Well, not you personally, but you as an individual in the Steemit community crowd. How may I serve you? I can share what I see as the world spins.

I have never seen anyone strive to do his worst. From a positive angle, I see millions of people trying to make things better. The strategies they use are different, but everyone I have ever known had noble intentions. Motives separate us as we struggle to improve.

I see beauty everywhere. I have noticed the sparkle in a young girls eyes. There is magic in an affectionate kiss. There is brilliance in the imagination of a child.

There is greatness in you! You the individual. You are capable of changing the world.

Pause. Think. Plan. Do.

Simple steps to prove my point.

But don't listen to me... I am a fool on a hill.

Here is today's beauty.54066FE6-568F-47A0-80F2-F4F9558AE7C6.jpg

I feel at sometime in life one could be considered the fool on the hill and not a bad thing

Cool post, thank you ;) I moved up a hill in Andalucia, Spain 6 months ago, just me and my dog most of the time, added this song to my music playlist only a couple of weeks ago ... upvoted, resteemed, etc .. ;-)

As long as you see the beauty in things, you may be alone on the hill, but no fool! Thanks for sharing!

I have to admit I feel the like the fool on the hill more often than not.

I don't mind being the fool on the hill as long as the hill is reminiscent of my past and the fool in me is allowed to live there forever in the future.
