As many of you may know, TIFO=today I found out & TILT=today I learned that. If you're like me, you're discovering something new everyday. If you're also like me, you just might want to share it, including, on Steemit. For me, I wouldn't reveal things friends have told me, unless, it's something which is common knowledge. Even then I might not, since, you probably don't know them. Though, I might, if it fits in with the context of the rest of the post.
TIFO--Amanda McBroom is a singer & actress. Her name didn't sound familiar to me. One thing she is known for is writing, the Rose. This was in 1977 & was created in under an hour. Attempting to make something 'Bob Seger like' in hopes of getting a record deal. She performed it over the next couple of years, but, received little attention. Then it was used in the film, of the same name & sung by, Bette Midler. Who made it famous. An additional note. That was one of the songs played at my 8th grade graduation.
