Greetings my dear community. Today I will share with you a delicious dessert made with yucca, which delights both adults and children. I'm talking about the delicious yucca bañuelos!

First, I want to explain what is yucca?

Cassava is a tuber rich in starches, an edible root, similar to potatoes, is rich in carbohydrates. It helps regulate cholesterol levels, in addition to stabilizing heart rate and blood pressure ... it has a high content of dietary fiber, decreases anxiety, has among its components large amounts of vitamin K, among others such as: vitamins B, B- 6 and very good quantities of thiamine, riboflavin and minerals such as magnesium, copper, zinc providing a great amount of energy to those who consume it.

Well, now I will detail how to prepare the yucca donuts, a classic Venezuelan dish that is worth preparing when you snack

INGREDIENTS:

1 Kilo of yucca
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Yolk of two eggs (optional)
Frying oil

PREPARATION
