I love many homemade desserts, and I have my favorites, but today I bring you the "BIZCOCHO DE LIMON". An easy dessert to prepare and good taste for children and adults.

The homemade lemon sponge cake is fluffy, soft with an incredible flavor to taste.
INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
250 grams of sugar
The zest of a lemon
The juice of two lemons180 grams of flour
60 grams of melted butter
8 grams of baking powder.
PREPARATION
The oven is heated to the proper temperature, the mold is greased. Place the ingredients (butter, sugar, lemon zest) in the blender, and beat to a cream, add the eggs, whisking.
Then you start to slowly pour the flour and the yeast and continue beating until integrating.
Take the juice of the two lemons and beat again until it is well homogeneous. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes.
If you want to decorate it to make it look more attractive, I suggest you do it with a lemon glaze.
The lemon glaze is made with: 200 grams of sugar, 50 ml of lemon juice, and water (30ml).
It is passed through a colander the icing sugar, it is added little by little the juice of lemon and the water until it is very thick, then it is heated, stirring until it is very hot.
Finally the cake is placed on a suitable container and bathed with this mixture that after one hour will be hardened ..
