Also, have you read Ferguson's book The Whole Christ? He shows how not only does the free offer contradict Arminianism and Hyper-Calvinism, but it also clarifies the distinction between legalism and antinomianism and a truly protestant gospel reception. Just wondering if you had any thoughts on his book. Thanks again for writing on this subject.
