New time estimate for the Coronal mass ejection that occurred yesterday, it's now suppose to impact Earth at midnight tonight EST. We also have a 25% chance of an x flares coming from the Sun in the next 48hrs. That means auroras further south than normal and increased chances of earthquakes.
We also have a hurricane to deal with. Could all this space weather help to strength Irma? I think it's possible with all the proton energy and comic rays bombarding our planet right now. It definitely won't hurt it and from what I know comic rays stimulate cloud formation here on Earth.
Lots of stuff to be keeping on eye on this week.
Be safe and thanks for reading.
Now we have a Tropical Depression in the Gulf of Mexico, Irma hurling towards FL and another possible hurricane Jose forming in the Atlantic. Heads up everyone.
