Viajando por la autopista de la red de redes me encontré con una ilusión óptica increíble, una magistral obra de arte que utiliza la perspectiva sinuosa para obtener un efecto de profundidad en 3d que nunca había visto. Es una técnica de perspectiva inversa creada por el artista ingles Patrick Hughes, quien la define de esta manera:

Las reversores son pinturas tridimensionales que, vistas desde el frente, dan la impresión de ver una superficie plana pintada que muestra una vista en perspectiva. Sin embargo, tan pronto como el espectador mueve la cabeza aunque sea levemente, la superficie tridimensional que soporta la vista en perspectiva acentúa la profundidad de la imagen y acelera la perspectiva cambiante mucho más de lo que normalmente permite el cerebro. Esto proporciona una impresión poderosa ya menudo desorientadora de la profundidad y el movimiento. It is a reverse perspective technique created by the English artist Patrick Hughes, who defines it in this way:

Reverspectives are three-dimensional paintings that when viewed from the front initially give the impression of viewing a painted flat surface that shows a perspective view. However as soon as the viewer moves their head even slightly the three dimensional surface that supports the perspective view accentuates the depth of the image and accelerates the shifting perspective far more than the brain normally allows. This provides a powerful and often disorienting impression of depth and movement. The illusion is made possible by painting the view in reverse to the relief of the surface, that is, the bits that stick farthest out from the painting are painted with the most distant part of the scene.
