Mbeyú para el desayuno dominguero!

Ayer preparamos esta receta tradicional de Paraguay, ideal para acompañar el mate del domingo.

El Mbeyú se elabora con almidón de mandioca, sal, agua, manteca o aceite, queso y un huevo.

La mezcla debe quedar arenosa pero un poco húmeda.

Se cocina como una tortilla en una sartén aceitada de los dos lados.

Se aprisiona con una espátula para que quede compacta.

Cuando está dorada ya está lista.

Tiene una consistencia crocante por fuera y chiclosa por dentro.

Fácil de hacer y delicioso. Ideal para un desayuno o merienda de fin de semana en familia.

Ese plato debe estar delicioso , cuando tenga opción de poder prepararlo sin duda lo probaré , me recuerda mucho a los paõ de queiso de Brasil que tanto me gustaron cuando estuve por allí :)

Así es! Es bastante parecido al paõ de queijo brasilero, sólo que al no tener bicarbonato de sodio no se infla, y sale mucho más crocante. Espero que lo puedas probar pronto y que nos compartas la experiencia! 😀
