PESCADO A LA MOSTAZA

Hola amigos de steemit. Hoy quiero compartir con todos ustedes una receta.

Pescado a la mostaza

Ingredientes:

1) 1 diente de ajo picado.

2) 1/2 Cucharadita de sal.

3) 2 Cucharada de mostaza. 

4) 1 Cucharada de jugo de limón.

5) 1/2 Cucharadita de  jengibre rallado.

6) 750 Gramos de filetes de pescado blanco.

7) Sal y pimienta.

Preparación:

1) En una taza hacer una pasta con el ajo y la sal. En un recipiente coloca la pasta de ajo, mostaza, limón, y el jengibre.

2) Colocar el pescado sobre una superficie lisa y sazonar con sal y pimienta por ambos lados.

3) Aceitar una fuente de horno. Coloca los filetes de pescado y pintar por ambos lados en con la mezcla de mostaza.

4) Cocina en el horno a temperaturas alta 5 o 7 minutos hasta que el pescado este en el punto.
