Este día les traigo la 50ma entrega de la serie: Hablemos de Plantas Medicinales, hoy la: Mora.
La Mora Andina o Mora de Castilla es una planta perenne perteneciente a la familia Rosaceae. es un arbusto de naturaleza trepadora cuyo fruto es de color morado oscuro. Se utiliza en la preparación de jaleas y dulces.
INDICACIONES:
Laxante: Cocimiento de hojas o cogollos en proporción de 10 gramos por 1/2 litro de agua. Tomar en cantidades.
Jaquecas: Aplicar hojas calientes sobre la frente es un buen calmante.
Diarrea y Disentería: Prepara un cocimiento de 15 gramos de hojas en medio litro de agua. En esta misma forma se emplea como astringente y contra las anginas.
