El día de hoy les traigo la 14ta entrega de la serie Hablemos de Plantas Medicinales, le toca el turno al: CACAO.
Esta planta de nombre científico (Theobroma cacao) de hoja perenne de la familia Malvaceae, su fruto es una baya grande que contiene de 25 a 40 semillas o almendras. es una planta muy delicada y cuando nace debe encontrarse a las sombras de otros árboles.
INDICACIONES:
Comer la Pulpa del Cacao: estimula la digestión y también el sistema nervioso
La Manteca de Cacao: (de venta en cualquier droguería) cura el resecamiento de los labios.
El Chocolate: que precisamente se prepara con el cacao, es un alimento muy agradable y nutritivo.
