Suelo investigar mucho. Recientemente leí que cuando reímos en las noches o al menos sonreímos con algo, al levantarnos al día siguiente amanecemos con el DOBLE de energía. ¿Que interesante esto eh? es por eso que me dedique a este tema en mi BLOG lo cual los invito a formar parte. Chicos y Chicas, por muy mal que esté la situación, el mal humor nos roba energia, nos debilita, nos hace mas debiles.
