Pan de carne
Aquí les dejo una receta rica y rápida
ingredientes
600 gr de carne picada magra
1 huevo batido
1 huevo duro
Sal
Orégano
Queso rallado
3 fetas de queso chedar
5 aceitunas sin carozo
Tiritas de morrón
Tres fetas de jamón
Un puñado de pan rallado
paso 1
Unir huevo batido, sal, orégano, queso rallado y carne picada. Mezclar bien todo.
En un film o nylon poner esta mezcla aplastada y en forma de rectángulo.
paso 2
Poner el relleno, jamón, cheddar, rodajas de huevo duro, tiras de morrón y aceitunas.
Paso 3
Enrollar con cuidado con ayuda del nylon y cerrando los bordes para que no se salga el relleno.
Paso 4
Pinerle un poco de aceite por encima y poner pan rallado.
Paso 5
Poner en horno moderado 30 minutos aproximadamente.
Servir con ensalada.
