Muy buenas mis steemados, les traigo una receta el recetario de mi abuela, escrito por ella misma a mano.
Comencemos:
INGREDIENTES:
2 o 3 pechugas de pollo.
6 tiras de tocineta.
2 cucharadas de aceite.
2 cucharadas de jugo de limón.
Cilantro al gusto
PREPARACIÓN:
-Mezcle el aceite el jugo de limón, el cilantro, sal y pimienta.
-Hacer un corte profundo en cada pechuga, por su lado mas grueso.
-Rellenar las pechugas con la mezcla anteriormente hecha.
-Envolver las pechugas con tocineta asegurando con palillos.
-Colocar las pechugas en una parrilla caliente y cocinar 5 minutos de cada lado.
Es simple, rápido y lo mas importante SABROSO.
