Hola amigos de steemit hoy les traigo una receta de como preparar cascos de guayaba:
Ingredientes:
1 kg . de guayabas
33/4 tazas de azúcar
4 tazas de agua
Preparación:
Quite la piel de las guayabas,corte cada una en dos y saque cuidadosa mente la pulpa.
lave los cascos, escúrralos y ponga al fuego junto con agua y 11/4 tazas de azúcar.
deje hervir durante 20 minutos a fuego fuerte, agregue el resto de azúcar y leve a un hervor.
baje ele fuego y cocine 11/2 horas mas o hasta que el almíbar llegue a su punto.retire del fuego
y una vez fríos sírvalos con queso crema y galletas de soda.
