Camote en dulce

Hola! Comenzaré con la comida y postres que hay en México para las fechas del Día de muertos! Uno de mis favoritos como postre para estos días es el camote en dulce de piloncillo, una delicia muy sencilla de preparar, en otros países el camote se puede llamar papa o patata dulce, hay de color blanco naranja o amarillo y morado.
Este postre es más rico cuando esta recien hecho y en mi opinión el más sabroso es el camote blanco.

Qué necesitas?

1 kilo de camotes de tu preferencia
1/2 kilo de piloncillo
1 taza pequeña de agua
canela

Cómo se prepara?
Se lavan bien los camotes
En una olla se pone el agua, el piloncillo una pizca de canela o una o dos palitos de canela y los camotes (puedes cortarlos en trozos o dejarlos enteros), se coloca la tapa de la olla y se deja cocer a fuego bajo por 30 minutos, durante este tiempo hay que vigilar que no se vaya a evaporar todo el dulce y que los camotes queden bien cocidos.
Listo! Pasado ese tiempo puedes servirlos y esperar a que se enfríen un poco para poder comerlos :)

Así lo preparamos en casa, apenas ayer lo comí y wooow delicioso, rápido de hacer con pocos ingredientes :) una delicia para estas fechas!
