INGREDIENTES
Costillas de cerdo
Salsa BBQ
Una cucharada del adobo
3 dientes de ajo
1 cucharada de aceite
1 taza de pulpa de tamarindo
½ taza de vinagre
2 cucharadas de salsa de tomate.
PREPARACION
Primero para preparar la salsa, se licuara los dos dientes de ajo, el aceite la pulpa, el vinagre, la salsa de tomate y la BBQ.
Luego colocamos a fuego lento por unos 10 min hasta obtener una salsa espesa.
Sazonamos la carne con adobo y la pasamos a la salsa y la colocamos a la parrilla o a un sartén con un poco de aceite,
cuando estén doradas servimos junto a la salsa.
Pueden acompañarlas con papas fritas o nachos, espero la hagan y la disfruten.
